What You Will Do
Build long-term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities.
Elaborate customer needs and product desires and feed into Product-and-Solutions-Development to gather holistic solutions.
Trigger and steer internal activities such as system design, business calculations and legal to achieve best offers.
Lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personnel and internal supporters.
Finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer, and support project management in case of escalations.
Achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue, and profitability.
Take care of high qualified future opportunities to secure long-lasting performance.
Analyze the market and customer trends to adapt on group level developments.
Support the international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad.
Document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality.
Represent the company at local and international trade shows, events, and seminars.
What You Bring
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as Key Account Manager.
Experience in the renewable energy industry.
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in Italian (minimum Level C1) and proficient in English (minimum Level B1).
Willing to travel at least 30%.
Excellent communication skills, time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Interest in supporting project management reliably.
Independent, flexible, proactive, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage work without supervision.
Team player who embodies the company’s core values.
Open to transitioning into a business with a wide geographical and product context.
