With a workforce of over 3.300 professionals across its offices in Europe and around the world, Telespazio operates an international network of Space Centres and Teleports, offering cutting‑edge solutions in Geoinformation Services, Satellite Systems and Operations, and Satellite Communications. /p pInside the Commercial Business development Area we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Defence Market. /p h3The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: /h3 ul liOverall responsibilities for defining the strategic guidelines and roadmap to achieve business goals in the defence market /li liPerform customer hunting activities to reach new clients /li liSize market opportunities and monitor key market and competitive drivers to inform product and marketing strategies /li liIdentify commercial opportunities and product/service development requirements /li liEstablish business targets and manage financial duties, if required /li liManage people within the reference perimeter /li liCollaborate with the Head of Commercial Business development Area to continuously improve business profitability and to enhance Company values and synergies /li liEnsure the analysis, identification and strategy setting of commercial prospects and define the commercial plan for the assigned market /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or related fields /li li8+ years of experience in the role /li liExperience in the Space industry context /li liDeep knowledge of Italian defence market /li liPassion for sales and business negotiation /li liStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery of results /li liGood knowledge of the English language is required (level B2+/C1) /li liAvailability for business trips, if necessary /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liA stimulating and dynamic working environment with flexible working hours /li liHybrid working (onsite and off‑site) /li liMeal voucher, company canteen and employee welfare programs /li liFree access to online learning platform with courses from top universities /li liOpportunities for international experience /li /ul h3Why Telespazio: /h3 pAt Telespazio, the well‑being, safety, and development of our people are at the heart of our corporate culture.
