We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position.
* Support business development through roadshows or workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing technical communication and solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
* Train business partners on EcoFlow products' USPs to ensure clear understanding.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Provide insights and help partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* A passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
