IT PROJECT COORDINATOR - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
\n
Tasks and Responsibilities:
\nThe ideal candidate will work in coordination with the IT Project Manager and will be responsible for the operational management of the following activities, supporting a major international banking client, working daily in English and ensuring continuity on dedicated project activities.\n
The role is focused on coordinating projects in a\nsoftware development environment\n, requiring a solid understanding of how software is designed, developed, tested and released.
\n
\n
- Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of Banking software development projects
\n
- Coordinate daily activities involving development teams, data management and operations
\n
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and internal deadlines across the software development lifecycle
\n
- Manage and track customer requests, incidents and tickets related to ongoing software projects
\n
- Collect and document customer requirements and support their analysis together with development teams
\n
- Act as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing projects and support activities
\n
- Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders
\n
- Ensure effective communication between customers, development teams and internal stakeholders
\n
- Support testing and validation phases (UAT) before delivery to the customer
\n
- Assist in the coordination of releases, deployments and post-release activities
\n
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and project procedures
\n
\nRequirements and expected skills:\n
\n
- One or more years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management or IT delivery roles
\n
- Experience in coordinating activities or projects within a software development environment (SDLC)
\n
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (requirements, development, testing, release)
\n
- Experience working with development teams; hands-on development experience is considered a plus but not required
\n
- Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken, with daily use in professional contexts
\n
- Strong organizational and planning skills
\n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
\n
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
\n
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements
\n
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management tools
\n
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
\n
- Residence within 100 km of Novara
\n

- Work location: Novara (NO). During the onboarding phase, presence in the office is required approximately 3 days a week; afterwards, a hybrid working model is applied, with remote work and an average of 1 day per week in the office
