Our eight brands are each a major force in its specific business. /p pFurther information is available on the Company’s website: /p bWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /b: pThe Direct Buyer for Emerging Technologies, within IVG Group Procurement Direct Sourcing Areas, is responsible for managing a complete product line for electrification components, overseeing the following activities: /p ul liSuppliers’ selection and sourcing for assigned product lines. Discussing and reaching agreements on price increase, LTA/LTC and relevant contractual terms. /li liLeading and facilitation of pricing negotiations and contract discussions. /li liManagement of the entire sourcing process (Direct Material or Capex and Services), developing supply base management strategies that lead to lowest total cost in terms of quality, lead time, delivery, and pricing. /li liBuild up forecast and budget estimations of Suppliers managed. /li liMaintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new sourcing opportunities. /li liMonitor market trends included competitor’s move and key supplier’s in the industry. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations. /li liPrepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost‑saving initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. /li /ul h3DESIDERED SKILLS /h3 ul liElectrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree or similar degree will be considered a plus /li liAt least 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the electrification or electrical manufacturing sector. /li liGood knowledge of electrical components, systems, and electrification technologies (e.g., EV batteries, emotor and inverter, power electronics etc). /li liExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. /li liProficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP systems is a plus. /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. /li liProficiency both in Italian and English. /li /ul pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Iveco Group by 2x /p h3Position Details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Associate /li liEmployment type: Full‑time /li liJob function: Purchasing, Project Management, and Engineering /li liIndustries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing and Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
