In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you will serve as a central hub for indirect sales activities and act as a valuable sparring partner within our international team. You will contribute significantly to the success of our global network by managing processes, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across borders. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the Backoffice team /liliDraft and prepare communications for both internal and external stakeholders /liliCoordinate and manage key administrative processes /liliSupport visits from international physicians and distributors /liliCreate, analyse, and manage sales reports /liliCreation of professional presentations in English /liliIndependently monitor payment behaviour of distributor countries /liliRespond to customer requests in collaboration with internal departments (Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Product Management, Medical Education, etc.) /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliCompleted commercial education and / or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position /liliProven experience working with international customers (Europe, Asia, Middle East, LATAM) /liliExcellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish) are a strong asset /liliSolid MS Office skills, ERP system experience preferred /liliConfident, structured, and professional communicator with outstanding organisational skills /liliIndependent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a goal- and solution-driven mindset /liliCustomer-focused with the ability to think strategically and work across functions /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
