Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for FB.This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). Your goal is to provide each guest with a memorable experience during their stay.What you’ll be doingWelcome guests and promptly attend to tablesServe food and beverages, making recommendations as neededAssist guests with menu questions and special requestsRecord transactions accurately in the MICROS systemCheck guest satisfaction with each course and beverageClean tables, complete closing duties, and restock suppliesCommunicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, orders, and dietary needsFollow cycle time guidelines for mealsMaintain cleanliness of work areasInspect china, glass, and silverware for cleanliness and presentationFollow SOPs and brand guidelines at all timesWhat we’re looking forLegal right to work in Italy, with a valid full-time work permit (40 hours/week)Fluent in English and ItalianUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityPositive outlook and outgoing personalityStrong conversational skills and teamwork orientationExperience in fine dining restaurants is an advantageKnowledge of Micros is preferredThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
