Randstad LSS is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER & NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT for a communications agency, part of a global network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new potential clients for the company.
Engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Lead Qualification: Determining the quality and potential of leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company.
Pipeline Building: Creating a pipeline of new sales opportunities and passing qualified leads to the Account Executive team for closing.
Brand Awareness: Strategically building brand awareness and stimulating interest in the company & products or services.
Data Collection: Gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and their buying journey to personalize engagement.
Requirements:
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field Knowledge of marketing trends and services with proven experiences in automotive and mobility field Verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
Ability to conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients' needs.
Understanding the early stages of the sales process and how marketing efforts generate leads.
Sales and marketing tools, such as CRM and social media platforms.
