The Admission Officer reports directly to the Business Manager. All interview process with the Company will be in English, so we are looking for someone who is fluent both in Italian and English. Requisiti: Key responsibilities: - Follow the guidelines and recommendations defined in the admissions customer journey protocols, to ensure customers receive the optimal service experience. - Coordinate the enrolment process, ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is completed accurately and on time, responding to enquiries and providing excellent customer service. - To be responsible for the complete data quality gathering at all stages and providing regular business intelligence, analysis, reports and advice on strategy and best practice to marketing team. - Monitor (on a regular basis) the progress of the school´s admissions pipeline, identifying any issues/feedback to school and monitor progress. - Develop the recruitment events, leading to enquiry generation of an increase of the open pipeline and recruitment. - Help on the develop of the retention events and post-tracking of attendees and engagement impact. - Identify key potential partners Profile: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business administration or a related field or a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in an educational setting. - Previous experience in a Senior sales / data management / customer service role, with the ability to deliver process excellence across the customer journey. - Results oriented profile with the ability to demonstrate expertise in using data with a strong emphasis on customer journey service and conversion processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail. - Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in using relevant software and tools. - Perfect knowledge of English and Italian. _ _ Working place: _Florence. _ Working hours:_ Full time _ Altre informazioni: This search is open to all, regardless of their gender, as stated in L. 903/77/Art. 1.
