Job Title: Sales Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales director to lead our sales team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Channel Development: Establish a comprehensive channel system in Italy, including agents, secondary KAs, and OEM customers, to ensure effective distribution and sales of our products.
* Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company requirements, formulate quarterly and annual goals, and optimize distributor systems to maintain market order and profitability.
* Sell-in and Sell-out Management: Effectively manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to ensure accurate sales forecasts and achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related field; preference given to candidates with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, or other relevant fields.
* Work Experience: More than five years of relevant local work experience in Italy, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and a proven track record of integrated marketing success stories.
* Priorities and Abilities: Ability to withstand pressure, strong market development and sales capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
