Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Description:
* As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors and partners in the Italian market.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, including formulating product and price strategies, optimizing the distributor system, and ensuring the supply of channel inventory.
* Sales Management: Manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to ensure accurate sales forecasts and maintain market order.
* Marketing Organization: Improve marketing organization systems and management systems, allocating company resources effectively to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor degree from marketing, sales management or related fields. Experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products and other fields is preferred.
* Work Experience: More than five years of relevant local work experience, familiar with the Italian markets, and having relevant integrated marketing success stories.
* Skills: Strong market development and sales capabilities, good interpersonal resources, ability to develop interpersonal resources, team leadership experience, and project development experience.
