Responsibilities
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
* Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc.);
* Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status;
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure credit collections;
* Ensure the appropriate visibility in terms of sales activities and opportunities adopting the company CRM as required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree;
* 4+ experience in sales / business development;
* Preferably in the fresh supply chain businesses / food system / 3PL, GDO, Retail;
* BtB - Logistics business model background;
* Experience in account management and generating / building relationships with clients and suppliers - BtB;
* Knowledge of working with a CRM system and proficient use of Excel;
* Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
* High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive;
* Full working proficiency in English is required.
