Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the picturesque area of Boschetto Vecchio (PG). This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead sales efforts and contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive room revenue, group bookings, and event sales.
* Manage relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote packages, seasonal offers, and brand visibility.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present the hotel’s services and facilities.
* Work closely with the Reservations, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the luxury hospitality sector.
* Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and market dynamics.
* Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales software is a plus.
* Availability to work on-site and flexibility to travel as needed.
