We collaborate with various engineering teams to automate deployment processes, increase system reliability, and enhance scalability. We drive diverse non-functional feature of our products like availability, reliability, security, and observability in close collaboration with all the other engineering teams. Yes, this is a very communicative team. /ppTechnology-wise, we work with Linux, Kubernetes, and various components of the CNCF ecosystem, such as Prometheus and Grafana. We use automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Chef, as well as a mix of databases including key-value stores and MariaDB/MySQL with Galera clustering. For object storage, we rely on S3. Our CI/CD pipelines are managed with GitLab (gitlab-ci), and we use PagerDuty for incident management.
