Morpheus are currently partnered with a global leader in Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) and OCR solutions. They are increasing the headcount in Europe and are seeking a Business
Development Manager with experience in ALPR, LPR, OCR, or related security/video analytics tech.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and grow client base across law enforcement, transportation, parking and government sectors
* Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual targets
* Develop new client relationships, manage proposals, and contract negotiations
* Action the aggressive growth strategy
* Identify new business opportunities and track activities via CRM
* Represent them at events and industry expos
What You Bring:
* Driven to new business creation
* Hunting mentality
* Proven experience in ALPR, OCR, and security systems,
* Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
* Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
* Fluent in English and either Italian / French / Greek / Spanish
