Ph3Overview /h3pJoining the Sales Team as a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Johnson Controls towards our customers, and you will focus on delivering excellent value and service with integrity. /ph3What you will do /h3pAs a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls’ Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the passenger ship segment, including small to midsize cruise lines, ferries, and luxury vessels. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and operators across key global markets. You will promote Johnson Controls’ portfolio of HVAC, fire Security, and integrated control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards. /ph3How You Will Do It /h3ulliDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the passenger ship market, with a focus on retrofit contracts. /liliBuild strong relationships with shipyards, naval architects, vessel owners, and operators to position Johnson Controls as a trusted partner. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe, and the Americas, leveraging market intelligence and industry trends. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions. /liliRepresent Johnson Controls at marine trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence. /liliMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records using CRM tools. /liliEnsure compliance with all relevant marine regulations and Johnson Controls’ quality standards. /li /ulh3What We Look For /h3pWe are seeking a self-motivated professional who excels both as an individual and within a team. You should possess: /pulliProven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the marine, shipbuilding, or maritime equipment sectors. /liliExtensive experience in international sales, with a specific focus on new build projects within the passenger ship industry. /liliStrong understanding of the passenger ship ecosystem, including key players, procurement cycles, and technical requirements. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to work independently and travel internationally as required. /liliTechnical background or familiarity with HVAC, fire safety, or automation systems is a plus. /liliA degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. /liliFluency in English, both spoken and written. /liliProficient in CRM management (Salesforce preferred). /li /ulh3Location /h3pYou will be based in our Italian office in Milan. This position requires proximity to our customer base, enabling frequent visits to clients throughout Europe and potentially other global destinations.
