Define and lead the hotel's commercial strategy, with the aim of maximizing revenue through the development of relationships with luxury clientele, strategic partners, and high-value market segments.

Coordinate sales, pricing, and product positioning activities, ensuring consistency with the image of exclusivity, prestige, and service excellence of the property.

Develop and consolidate the client portfolio, promoting personalized experiences and long-term commercial relationships within the luxury hospitality segment.

Monitor commercial performance, analyzing market trends, business opportunities, and sales campaign results.

Actively collaborate with General Management, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Represent the hotel in high-level commercial contexts, industry events, and networking activities, promoting the brand and the values of the property.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality establishments.

Strong ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.

Attention to detail and strong service orientation.
