Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. /p pWe are looking for a Digital Product Manager. /p pObjective of the position is acting as a bridge between markets, internal departments and external technology partners, contributing to the definition, development and lifecycle management of integrated digital services embedded in our products. /p h3Your responsibilities will be: /h3 h3Digital Product Service Management /h3 ul liContribute to the definition of digital product strategy for telemetry services, connectivity platforms and cashless payment solutions. /li liManage the product lifecycle of digital services, including maintenance, evolution and new feature development. /li liSupport the definition of integrated digital services embedded within hardware and software product ecosystems. /li liConduct market and competitive analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies. /li liGather and translate market needs into functional requirements for digital solutions. /li liCollaborate with regional markets to understand customer expectations and emerging digital opportunities. /li /ul h3Business RD Alignment /h3 ul liAct as the main interface between markets and RD for digital service requirements. /li liTranslate market and business needs into product and functional requirements for digital solutions. /li liCollaborate with RD teams in the definition of technical specifications and system requirements supporting product development. /li liSupport the definition of digital architectures and integration requirements. /li /ul h3User Experience Service Design /h3 ul liContribute to the definition of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for digital services and applications. /li liSupport user journey mapping and service design to improve digital interactions across the product ecosystem. /li liAct as the first point of contact with external technology partners involved in digital services development. /li liCollaborate with partners to define technical specifications, integration requirements and service capabilities. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you’ll need to have: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or related fields /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li li3+ years of experience in digital product management, service management or similar roles. /li liExperience working with digital platforms, connected products or IoT ecosystems. /li liExperience collaborating with technical teams and external technology partners. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience with IoT architectures, telemetry data management and connected devices in industrial or B2B environments. /li liUnderstanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles applied to connected services. /li liExperience working in international environments. /li liPrevious experience in manufacturing, industrial or food beverage sectors /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liPermanent full – time contract /li liBenefits: Smart working, Company canteen, Competitive reward salary /li /ul pWe are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
