Admin Specialist - Business Travel Team (cat. protette L.68/99)
We are seeking an Admin Specialist to support our Italian team and colleagues across Europe with diverse administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include managing business travel services, coordinating daily operations, handling documentation, and assisting with invoice processing.
Delta Electronics (Italy) Srl is based in Novedrate (CO), with flexible work options including some remote days. The position can be full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours/week).
Main Responsibilities:
* Business Travel Services: Organize and book flights, accommodations, and transportation; manage travel schedules in accordance with policies.
* Invoice Processing: Support invoice handling, coordinate with vendors and finance for payments.
* Operational Support & Coordination: Assist daily operations and liaise with departments to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* At least 2 years in operations, admin, or travel coordination roles.
* Experience with invoice processing and travel arrangements.
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Reliable and capable of working independently.
