It’s the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people. /p h3bYour role: /b /h3 pYou’ll be responsible for: /p ul liDeveloping the perfect activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store; /li liManaging campaign from start to finish; /li liManaging our social media and being a first point of contact to our drinkers; /li liManaging our drinker communication (responding to emails, answer messages on social); /li liKnowing the portfolio in your markets and making recommendations (e.g. new products, new formats, new channels); /li liCreating the monthly performance overview, analyzing the success our of activations and ranges; /li liMaking sure all our products launch in your markets are a success; /li liAligning with the commercial team, to have marketing and sales working in harmony; /li /ul h3bYou’ll also: /b /h3 ul liWork in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams; /li liWork with the Group (in short, the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we’re selling our healthy little drinks; /li /ul h3bWhat you’ll need: /b /h3 ul liYou have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time. /li liCreativity is a passion, and you love working with agencies to deliver great work that truly breaths the innocent brand. /li liYou’re comfortable working with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and know how to use it to make the right decisions. /li liYou’re a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills. /li liWe are looking for someone with a first good experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills. /li liYou’re pro‑active, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross‑functional teams and external partners. /li liYou speak Italian as a native speaker and have proficiency knowledge in English. /li liAdd some flair, intelligence, humor and a sense of teamwork to the above, and there you have our perfect candidate. /li /ul h3bAdditional information: /b /h3 pType of contract: Full‑time, permanent /p pStarting date: as soon as possible /p pLocation: Milan /p pAt innocent, we truly care about making our company a great place to work.
