Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team in Northern Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the sales force, contributing to the achievement of company sales objectives, and supporting the team in developing sales techniques and strategies.
Main responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, planning and managing commercial activities, introducing new products, and customizing activities depending on the kind of customer. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining relationships with customers, negotiations, closing agreements, identifying potential customers, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a coherent approach to the business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial and marketing skills, good knowledge of sales management systems, and experience in commercial and marketing roles with proven ability to consistently achieve objectives. A degree in technical or commercial disciplines is required, and previous experience in managing commercial teams in the construction sector is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a leader who can support their collaborators' professional development, contribute to the continuous improvement of a high-performing team, and act as a positive influence on colleagues.
Requirements
* Degree in technical or commercial disciplines; a degree in Engineering is a plus;
* Good knowledge of English language;
* Relevant experience in commercial and marketing roles with proven ability to consistently achieve objectives;
* Prior experience in managing commercial teams in the construction sector or similar;
* Excellent commercial and marketing skills and good knowledge of sales strategies and techniques;
* Good knowledge of sales management systems;
* Strong orientation towards teamwork, autonomy, and positivity;
* Excellent collaboration skills at both an operational and strategic level;
* Good interpersonal skills, communication, and effective presentation skills;
