Your responsibilities will include: /p h31. Sales Business Development /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy in line with group objectives, /li liActively drive revenue growth while ensuring the achievement and optimization of budgeted targets across all market segments, /li liPropose, implement and monitor a commercial action plan ensure its execution, /li liManage, develop and grow corporate accounts (local and international), /li liIdentify and acquire new corporate accounts to increase revenue and market penetration, /li liMaintain develop strong relationships with key clients, partners and agencies, /li liNegotiate and manage corporate contracts and preferential rates, /li liRepresent the hotel on the local level at sales events, trade fairs and networking opportunities. /li /ul h32. Revenue Pricing Strategy /h3 ul liActively participate in Yield and Revenue Meetings and support performance analysis, /li liContribute to pricing strategies, demand management and inventory optimization, /li liMonitor booking pace, market trends and performance indicators, /li liEnsure rate parity and correct rate loading and data across all distribution channels to build an accurate database. /li /ul h33. Distribution Reservations Control /h3 ul liMonitor reservations performance (individual, corporate and group), /li liControl booking channels with a focus on increasing direct business, /li liOversee the proper handling of corporate and group reservation requests including the quality of data, /li liEnsure compliance with internal procedures and commercial guidelines. /li /ul h34. Reporting Market Intelligence /h3 ul liPrepare regular commercial and performance reports for hotel management and group headquarters, /li liConduct competitive analysis: benchmarking, market observations, competitor visits, /li liAnalyze market positioning and propose strategic adjustments. /li /ul h35.
