Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising, Media & Digital Manager to lead integrated communication activities across the EMEA region. This role will drive advertising, media, and digital strategies to support commercial actions, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure consistency across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
* Define and coordinate quarterly Integrated Communication Plans for Trucks and Customer Service, aligning commercial priorities with global strategies and local market needs.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels, budgets, and KPIs across EMEA, taking corrective actions when necessary.
* Manage external agencies from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with Iveco Brand priorities and guidelines.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials at EMEA level, including brochures, leaflets, newsletters, and internal / external communication.
* Create and maintain engaging website content at EMEA level, in collaboration with Global, Markets, and Digital departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of advertising and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
* Demonstrated success in coordinating multi-market communication projects and managing external agencies.
* Solid analytical mindset with expertise in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and optimization.
* Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
