Network Account Manager - Emilia Romagna
Role Summary
* Strategic profile with territorial management skills and customer-centric approach; responsible for demand generation by understanding needs, managing processes, and connecting internal and external roles across multiple accounts to meet business objectives, ensuring vaccine availability in the regional vaccine value chain.
* Ensure effective application of specific account management processes for vaccines and public health.
* Coordinate the Local Team (LT), orchestrate operational activities, foster collaboration, and allocate resources to support unmet needs, interacting with key customers.
* Promote products to regional prevention directors, pharmaceutical services, and procurement centers.
* Responsible for regional business performance.
* Provide medical-scientific information in compliance with Law 219/06 to assigned physicians and hospital pharmacists, aligning with Strategic Healthcare Managers (SHM).
* In key regions, manage Network Account Managers who serve as the main contact points with regional leadership, linking central and local levels.
* Deep knowledge of Disease Account Portfolio Management (DAP) and Disease Account Management (DAM) processes, defining and applying segmentation, prioritization, and regional strategies.
* Research and analyze local environmental changes to identify actionable insights, sharing information with the LT.
* Guide and coordinate LT activities, facilitate meetings, monitor regional indicators, and implement innovative approaches like design thinking.
* Build and maintain relationships with regional health department leaders and stakeholders involved in vaccination journeys.
* Ensure vaccine availability, support value proposition, and position Pfizer as a health prevention partner, providing scientific info as needed.
* Guarantee compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, embedding compliance into organizational culture.
Basic Qualifications
* Strong strategic, analytical, and insight discovery skills; innovative thinking and problem solving.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Entrepreneurial approach with agile mindset; ability to work cross-functionally.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry.
* Degree as per Law 219/06 or relevant professional requirements; alternatively, work experience prior to March 12, 1993, as a Scientific Pharma Representative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and communication platforms.
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Residence in Emilia Romagna region.
* Experience in public health, vaccine value chain, or similar areas.
* Knowledge of account management processes and project management.
* Basic English skills.
Organizational Relationships
* Reports to Regional NAM Lead.
* Engages regularly with Local Team members.
* External stakeholders include regional health directors, vaccination centers, pharmaceutical services, procurement agencies, and healthcare professionals.
