Working closely with the Confluence Analytics Product Managers & Product Owners, this role is crucial in the Agile delivery of our performance and attribution analytics, including:
* Multi-asset class calculation and analysis of performance, contribution, and attribution with advanced data controls, flexible benchmark and classification management, and reporting.
* Top-down single-level and multi-level attribution models to security level, with currency overlay and bottom-up attribution (geometric and arithmetic).
* Total and security-level transaction-based performance metrics, including time-weighted, modified Dietz, IRR, private asset ratios, etc.
* Macro and factor-based attribution.
The Performance Product Owner will be an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, acting as an expert on sustainability issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of our analytics solutions.

Skills & experience needed
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach.
* Relevant experience in performance and attribution analytics; familiarity with Confluence Revolution suite or similar is a plus.
* At least 3 years in Agile product ownership or related professional services/analysis roles, with Agile certification preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
* Experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist is beneficial.
