For our clients, a leading company in the foreign distribution of food products (meat sector) and part of a leading European multinational group in the beef sector, we are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join their fast-growing international business. The Export Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs 2. Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading 3. Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors 4. Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements 5. Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback 7. Address customer inquiries and complaints 8. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations Requirements: - Proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry - Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships LI-IC
