This is a high-visibility,relationship-driven role that combines strategic account management withgenuine new business development.Key Responsibilities- Design and execute the annualterritory sales plan, setting ambitious yet realistic targets in alignment withthe wider European strategy.- Develop and deepen relationshipswith existing OEM customers while identifying and converting new accountswithin the medical device and adjacent regulated sectors.- Act as a trusted advisor: understandcustomer programmes in depth and propose tailored, technically crediblesolutions.- Monitor commercial performance —order volumes, margins and pipeline — and ensure timely, accurate reporting toheadquarters.- Serve as the bridge between thecustomer and internal teams (Engineering, Quality Assurance, ProjectManagement, Customer Service), ensuring seamless delivery on complex projects.- Represent the company at industryevents, across Europe and occasionally the US.WhoWe Are Looking ForWe are seeking professionals with solidcommercial instincts and genuine technical curiosity. The ideal profiletypically comes from one of the following backgrounds — though we are open toexceptional candidates who do not fit neatly into any single box:- Sales Specialist or Sales Managerwith 6–10+ years of experience selling technical solutions or components to OEMcustomers in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, in vitrodiagnostics, or similar).- R&D Engineer or Product Managertransitioning into a commercial role, bringing deep technical knowledge and theability to engage credibly with engineering teams and procurement at customersites.- Manufacturing or Operationsprofessional with customer-facing experience, comfortable discussing regulatoryrequirements, supply chain constraints, and quality standards withsophisticated buyers.Essential Skills & Attributes- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills: you are equally at ease presenting to a C-suite as youare discussing tolerances with an R&D team.- Multilingual advantage: fluentEnglish (C1+) is essential; proficiency in a secondEuropean language (French,German, Italian, Spanish, or similar) is a genuine differentiator and stronglyvalued.- Experience operating withinmultinational, cross-functional environments — you understand how to navigatematrix organisations and build alignment across geographies.- Familiarity with regulatoryframeworks relevant to medical devices (e.G., EU MDR. and/or FDA QSR) is asignificant plus.- Self-starter and commerciallydriven, you manage your own territory with discipline and report with clarity.- Willingness to travel approximately40–45% of the time across Ireland, UK, Europe and occasionally the US.What We Offer- Permanent contract with a basesalary of €75,000–€80,000 gross per annum (higher packages considered forsenior profiles with outstanding fit).- Annual performance bonus of 10%.- Full reimbursement of businessexpenses including car, fuel and travel costs.- A genuinely entrepreneurial scope:you will own your territory and shape its growth strategy.- The credibility and support of anestablished international group, with short decision-making lines and a teamthat values expertise.- Seniority level and title areflexible and will reflect your profile and experience.Location: Ireland(remote/field-based), with regular travel across the UK, Europe and the US.We welcomeapplications from candidates of all genders (L. 903/77).
