ADVIN GLOBAL is a leading developer of immersive AR/VR and 3D solutions, recognized for its patented VR simulators, large-scale cultural projects, and enterprise-grade AR \ VR applications for global brands like Coca-Cola, VISA, and Lacalut. With over 250 projects across healthcare, retail, education, e-commerce and public institutions, we are now expanding our impact in Europe — and we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager in Italy to help make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Augmented and Virtual reality, 3D Production across Italy and EU markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in healthcare, education, culture, e-commerce, real estate etc.
- Lead full-cycle sales: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Represent ADVIN GLOBAL at relevant events, conferences, and meetings across Italy and Europe.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy in the region.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in agency, creative tech, IT or SaaS).
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets in dynamic and innovative markets.
- Understanding of digital products, especially immersive technologies (AR, VR, 3D).
- Fluent Italian, English and Ukrainian.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
