Overview: Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the existing culinary team to create and refine menu offerings that align with the hotel’s focus on healthy Italian and international cuisine. - Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained consistently. - Adapt menus based on seasonal availability of ingredients and current culinary trends, while keeping health and nutrition at the forefront. - Engage with guests to receive feedback and make adjustments to dishes as needed. - Maintain compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations within the kitchen. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chef with a strong portfolio in Italian and international cuisines, preferably with a focus on health-oriented dishes. - Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience. - Excellent ability to work cooperatively with a team of culinary professionals. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer engagement. - Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
