Position Overview
We are looking for an RPO / Freelance Recruiter fluent in English and Italian.
We are seeking a freelance recruiter to support us in hiring for several positions within our offices in Milan and Rome.
Your responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads on local job boards, sourcing, and conducting interviews.
* Identify and attract top talent in the Italian market.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
* Collaborate closely with our recruitment team based in Paris.
Profile Required
* Proven experience in recruitment (RPO or freelance).
* Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong knowledge of the Italian labor market.
* Autonomous, professional, and an excellent communicator.
