Current Job Opening Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all activities related to Clinical IT solutions. You will be part of the Clinical IT team and report to the Clinical IT Manager. Your role involves coordinating upstream (product) and downstream (go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management, and post-sales consulting activities for the Clinical IT portfolio. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in healthcare IT to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Conduct needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments; present product demonstrations and proposals that articulate value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation. Manage issues during project implementation and identify corrective actions to meet timelines. Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up and understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction. Act as a trusted consultant for Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas for improvements and developments. Maintain expert knowledge of our clinical IT product portfolio.
