Global Product Manager – Eye Care Surgery
A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong global presence, is looking for a Global Product Manager for the Eye Care Surgery therapeutic area. The company is committed to innovation and the development of cutting-edge solutions to improve patients' quality of life worldwide.
The selected candidate will support the operational management of the assigned product portfolio, contributing to its growth and international positioning. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of product strategies defined by the senior team.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to help identify new opportunities.
• Help coordinate global commercial activities, including congresses, PR events, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams (R&D, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Track project progress and provide regular reporting and updates.
• Contribute to new product launches by supporting execution plans and timelines.
• Support the Senior PM in financial tracking and basic risk assessments for ongoing projects.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to grow professionally within the team.
Requirements
University degree in a scientific field
2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, within therapeutic areas with a strong scientific focus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer:
Open-ended contract under the national chemical-pharmaceutical collective agreement (Level B).
Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €50,000.
