We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who can drive business development of Solar Inverters & PCS in the Italian market. The candidate should have existing relationships with local solar IPPs, developers, investors, and related stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers such as IPPs, developers, and investors.
* Manage accounts and conduct periodic visits of existing customers.
* Participate in conferences, fairs, events of solar and photovoltaic associations.
* Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase company profitability.
* Develop marketing activities and customer resources.
* Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research.
* Offer technological consulting to IPPs, developers, and investors as a solution provider.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related categories.
* Strong network and relationships with solar IPPs, developers, and investors in Italy.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
