Specifically, when you join the Digital Transformation | CFO Processes team in Rome, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals and clients, building the foundation for your professional career in a collaborative and stimulating environment that values individual growth and encourages open discussions.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues specializing in functional consulting for Corporate Performance Management systems. Your role will include analyzing, reviewing, and designing processes to support the CFO, as well as implementing technological platforms.
Your specific tasks will include:
* Redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in redesigning the performance model;
* Designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with top EPM tool providers;
* Analyzing and defining new functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning, and product costing processes, and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
* Assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation through business cases;
* Monitoring performance before and after transformation;
* Defining organizational structure, skills, personnel needs, training plans, operating frameworks, and timelines for implementing Finance 4.0.

This opportunity is ideal if you have:
* A master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering with excellent results;
* Knowledge of Control Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial Statements (Civil and Management), Financial Planning;
* Excellent command of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
