Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure growth.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with Product Management and discussing marketing strategies with the Country Manager.
* Manage and develop a network of partners within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within assigned regions and vertical markets.
* Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers on products, and increasing project pipeline and revenue.
* Create new customer projects, report sales and project progress weekly, and analyze existing customer data.
* Market segmentation, positioning, and contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate sales forecasting.
* Achieve budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development experience, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop commercial proposals independently.
* Market knowledge in electronic security, IT, and Networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team collaboration skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy.
