Opening 2026: The five‑star Falkensteiner Family Resort Sicily, on the island’s southern coast, captures the spirit of Sicily. Your responsibilities
* You take overall responsibility for the culinary management and organization of all kitchen areas.
* You lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 30 dedicated colleagues.
* You ensure the highest quality standards across all outlets:
o À‑la‑cuisine restaurant
o Half‑board service
o Events & banquets
o Various outlets within the resort
* You develop and implement innovative menu concepts in line with the Falkensteiner philosophy.
* You are responsible for budgeting and cost control and work closely with the management team.
Your profile
* You have completed training as a chef and have several years of experience in a managerial position in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
* You are a creative mind with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
* You are a strong leader with a hands‑on mentality.
* Organizational talent, business acumen, and a passion for culinary excellence distinguish you.
* Written and spoken English and Italian; German is advantageous.

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
