We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Italy, based in Milan, to build strong relationships with venues and promoters.
About the role
You'll be part of a team that develops partner relationships and drives growth for partners. Your experience in the music industry across key cities and knowledge of the live entertainment business means you understand what makes promoters, festivals and venues tick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing market and establish strong working relationships with our major partners, focusing on operational excellence, revenue, engagement and growth.
You will be
- Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention.
- Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to drive operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events.
- Maximising Partner success by tracking sales performance across systems, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of DICE product developments and industry trends that will evolve Partner event strategy.
- Acting as the glue connecting the region to central DICE teams, confidently managing Partner expectations and ensuring Partner needs are documented.
- Engaged in team collaboration to overcome ambiguity and achieve shared success.

You'll need
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Local knowledge of the live industry across Italy and based in Milan.
- Business and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing.
- High attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- An understanding of marketing, social media and analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of how festivals, venues and promoters work.
- Ticketing experience is a big plus.
Hybrid Working
This role is based in Milan, Italy. We recognise the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our Italian team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days from anywhere. You can chat about your specific team's days and expectations during the interview process.
