**Operations Program Manager (OPM)
**.The selected individuals will be integrated into the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function structure with the aim of managing, representing the function, the operational programs under the respective business line.
This will be done as part of integrated project management teams (IPTs).The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:
* Responding, for the reference program, to all responsibilities pertaining to M≻
* Agreeing with the IPT leader on the Master Schedule, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans;
* Ensuring that the manufacturing flow, from industrialization, through line start-up, manufacturing, and up to delivery to the Customer, occurs in accordance with Life Cycle Management;
* Ensuring that the planning of manufacturing costs and activities, both recurring and non-recurring, is carried out ensuring robustness and effectiveness;
* Guaranteeing the achievement of quality, time, and cost objectives assigned to M≻ within the IPT, in compliance with company procedures and recognized processes.
**Educational qualification:
** degree in management engineering or equivalent
**Required experience level:
** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)
**Technical knowledge and skills

* Ability to analyze and control process costs
* Basic knowledge of the main technologies underlying our products;
