The Apple Sales Specialist will be responsible for: Welcoming customers and analyzing their needs to facilitate sales or service support. Proposing Apple solutions, ecosystem software, third-party products, and accessories. Managing product displays according to planograms and updating them as per Apple and R-Store guidelines. Maintaining and updating merchandising materials. Providing initial support in resolving Apple device usage issues. Building customer relationships through available communication channels. Managing queues and customer data in the Service Desk area. Requisiti: Experience in retail, preferably in consumer electronics. Interest in and familiarity with Apple devices and ecosystems.
