Procurement Operations Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Operations Support Specialist to assist our Buying team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Buyers in writing orders and updating purchase orders
* Prepare for Market week and act as point of contact during the Market
* Participate in key appointments to support order processing
* Perform general administrative tasks (post, photocopying, setting up new Buyers, expenses, holiday maintenance)
* Organize travel for Buying teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian languages, both verbal and written
