Ph3Overview /h3 pThis role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. For more information about our product line: /p pEddyfi Technologies RMS Geotech is looking for a Sales Manager for Europe to drive the growth of our geotechnical monitoring solutions portfolio, including technologies from Senceive and Sisgeo. This is a high‑impact role combining technical sales, business development, and client engagement across key infrastructure sectors in Europe. /p pBe a part of something bigger. Taking ownership of our actions and delivering high‑quality outcomes with integrity, consistency and transparency. /li liWe are stronger together and committed to creating an inclusive environment where voices are heard, respected and supported. /li /ul h3Joining Our Team Means /h3 ul liCollaborating with experts dedicated to innovation in an environment that values different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. /li liBecoming part of an organization that values commitment, initiative, and collaboration to help achieve common goals. /li liWorking in a growing business that encourages learning, curiosity, and respectful challenge. /li liBeing supported through fair, transparent and equitable practices. /li liContributing to meaningful projects that create a lasting impact. /li /ul pWe encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed, as we recognise that skills and experience can be gained in many ways. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSales Business Development /b ul liDrive revenue growth across European markets /li liIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, mining, and geohazard monitoring /li liManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing /li liRedaction and management of quotations and tender documents /li /ul /li libTechnical Sales Solution Support /b ul liDeliver consultative, solution‑based sales /li liTranslate client needs into tailored monitoring solutions and quotations /li liSupport proposals, system design concepts, and technical presentations /li /ul /li libCustomer Partner Management /b ul liBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners /li liSupport key accounts and strategic opportunities /li liRepresent the company at industry events and client meetings /li /ul /li libInternal Collaboration Reporting /b ul liCollaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams /li liMaintain pipeline visibility and forecasting using Salesforce /li liReport to the Head of Sales – Geotech /li /ul /li libTravel /b ul liRegular travel across Europe to support customers and projects /li /ul /li /ul h3What makes you an asset to our team /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or similar /li liProven experience in technical sales or business development /li liBackground in geotechnical instrumentation, monitoring, or infrastructure /li liExperience with solution‑based sales in complex technical environments /li liStrong commercial drive with solid technical understanding /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to engage with both technical and commercial audiences /li liExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems /li liFluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage /li liThe position is based at the company’s headquarters in Masate, with flexibility to work remotely /li /ul h3Legal Accessibility /h3 pAt Eddyfi Technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to who we are.
