The job may include the management of employees and consultants in the sub-region. /p h3Job Status /h3 ul liFull-Time /li liSalaried /li /ul h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liAchieving annual profitability goals through management of the territory, team, portfolio, and strategy. This should be reflected in subregion PL. /li liEstablish annual working plans with internal stakeholders and external key customers to ensure we capture all opportunities for Gowan products. /li liOverseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives. /li liDesign product annual product plans and longer-term projections to achieve sales/profit objectives in close collaboration with EMEA product managers. /li liProvide input into and communicate adjustments to sales terms and product prices annually to ensure balance and efficiency. /li liDeveloping and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. /li liIdentify and execute distribution changes and the overall go-to-market strategy. /li liManaging internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts. /li liPlanning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective. /li liEnsuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. /li liPreparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances. /li liProvide input into annual budgeting process to ensure proper growth and/or defense of products to align with product strategies /li liDealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. /li liAs MEA Sales Marketing Team Leader, maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ensuring staff member compliance. /li /ul h3Experience / Skills / Abilities /h3 ul liExtensive experience managing key accounts and customers (minimum 3-5 years) in the CP sector. /li liMarket development and commercial experience in negotiation of contracts at senior level. /li liHighly motivated to succeed and contribute to Gowan’s success. /li liA demonstrated history of successful development of tactics and especially execution of those tactics. /li liGoal-oriented with a strong drive for sustainable, profitable growth. /li liDemonstrated relationship and rapport-building skills. /li liClear bias to collaboration to achieve results. /li liEffective management of resources to ensure greatest return on investment. Managing sales teams, sales organizations would be a plus. /li liExcellent communications skills. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAgronomic Degree (preferable) or equivalent; /li liExperienced in agrochemical business, preferably strong background in major export crops (fruit vegetable). 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial function. /li liManagement of employees consultants the sub-region. /li liFluency in English is essential.
