By fostering customer focus, innovation, and teamwork, we lead the microscopy, imaging, and analysis market, unveiling the invisible and empowering our customers to build a better, healthier world. /p pThe bProduct Sales Specialist /b is responsible for sample preparation growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margin focus in Italy belonging to West team. This position reports to the Sales Manager Italy and is part of the West Sales located in Italy and will be a remote and travelling role. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSales Plans Activities – Using an agreed European Sales Methodology and in close cooperation with the Sales Agents team carry out the agreed Sales Plans activities in the Italian territory in order to achieve Sales and Profitability targets /li liForecasting – Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data in SFDC for Sales Forecasts for confocal and widefield product lines /li liCustomer visits – Plan and carry out regular visits in cooperation with local sales Agents to existing customers to continually monitor requirements and satisfaction levels, business trends and competitor activity; keep close contact to appropriate levels of Key Accounts, investigate their business needs and serve as main contact for them /li liWorkshops and trade meetings – Plan and organize workshops at customer site; represent the company at trade meetings to promote products /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong Sales experience (minimum 4 years) in the Life Science Market /li liStrong communications – sound business acumen /li liDegree preferably in Life Sciences, or equivalent experience /li liProven record of successful selling of high‑tech instruments /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liAbility to drive business success through demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth over a period of time /li liStrong negotiation skills and ability to build sound relation with Key Account Customers /li liKnowledge of purchase procedure according to Italian regulation /li /ul h3Travel and Physical Requirements /h3 ul liMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record /li /ul pLeica Microsystems offers comprehensive benefit programs that add value to employees. /p h3Seniority level /h3 ul liNot Applicable /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liFull‑time /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liSales and Business Development /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liMedical Equipment Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
