Responsibilities:Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on creating and implementing promotional and commercial activities to increase visibility and market reach.Source New Clients in Target Markets: Proactively identify and engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering tangible business outcomes.Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to craft compelling, needs-based proposals to secure new projects.Gather and Share Customer Insights: Collect client feedback to influence product innovation and enhancement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and successful project delivery.Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Collaborate with senior leadership, contribute to strategy, and provide updates on business development activities.Represent the Company Externally: Act as an ambassador at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to promote the company's expertise.Required Experience:Deep Understanding of Healthcare Technologies: Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.Experience in Strategic Relationship Management: Proven success in building and managing impactful relationships in the life sciences sector.Sales Proficiency: Skilled across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract management, with cross-selling focus.Market Access Expertise: Understanding of HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC regions.Client Interaction Skills: Ability to effectively engage and influence senior/executive clients.Strong Communication and Negotiation Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications / Skills / Experience:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.Experience: 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.HTA Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.Client-Centric Deliverables: Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed.Global Collaboration: Effectiveness across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.Independent and Motivated: Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.Team Spirit: Collaborative attitude and positive work ethic.
