Role Description
The Area Sales Manager North-West Italy will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the designated region. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires the candidate to collaborate closely with the technical team to provide standard solutions and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Technical knowledge in HMI, control systems, or Industrial IoT, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored technological solutions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in collaborating across teams and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in developing growth strategies and identifying market opportunities.
* Proficiency in CRM and sales tools to track performance and maintain client information accurately.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel within the North-West Italy region as needed for client meetings and business development.
* Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing technology industries is a significant plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
