About the job CHC Navigation is seeking a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B2B) to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in Italian-speaking countries, with proven success in features-benefit-solutions selling within high-tech geospatial industries such as surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, and precision agriculture. In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across various market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions. About the role Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop market share. Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives. Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts across diversified verticals through prospecting. Support distributors in developing their business activities. Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors. Visit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders. Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows. Generate and nurture new market opportunities. Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities. About you Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries such as GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, or precision agriculture. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and oral). Experience in international dealer management is a plus. Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality and profit. Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication skills. Note : Candidates must be EU citizens, residing and eligible to work in Italy. Travel Requirements This position involves frequent travel within Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic visits.
