We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join European OEMs Customer Marketing Team reporting directly to European OEMs Customer Marketing Manager. The person will be located in Turin (Italy).
The role requests availability for continental business trips and is eligible for smartworking according to Company policy.
**SCOPE**:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting marketing events and account-based marketing (ABM) activities. This role is a key contributor to the Customer Marketing function and will be pivotal in helping the company achieve its growth and diversification targets.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
- Support the Customer Marketing Manager in developing account-based marketing (ABM) plans focused on growing and diversifying the customer base;
- Support development of targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and reduce knowledge gaps across the product portfolio, using a variety of marketing channels and touchpoints;
- Play a key role in developing creative, compelling, and customizable campaigns, working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and Key Account Management to tailor messaging, content, presentation materials and events;
- Coordinate participation in industry and customer-specific events to support the ABM strategy;
- Responsible for managing event logistics with external vendors, parts and display management, signage, customer communications, giveaways, and promotions;
- Responsible for onsite product showcase, keeping physical and digital content up to date;
- Support marketing material development as needed (presentations, brochures, videos);
- Utilize marketing communications tools (Salesforce, Pardot) for event planning and direct-to-customer marketing activities - ensuring contact information is complete and up to date.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2 years, at maximum 5 years of previous experience in a marketing role;
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, advertising, communications or similar;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in the English language;
- Experience in direct-to-customer marketing and event planning is helpful;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) familiar with sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Cloud);
- Experience in (or interest in) the automotive industry and technology is highly desired;
