Reports to Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager.
Primary Responsibilities

* Assumes responsibility for quality guests' experience.
* Present drink menus, make specific recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages.
* Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
* Take orders from customers and serve drinks in accordance with clients' instructions.
* Act as a good representative of the bar establishment, paying attention to customer satisfaction and doing everything possible to improve the customer’s experience.
Requirements
*
* Excellent communication skills, both with guests and co-workers/colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience.
* Detail and guest care oriented.
* Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
* At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.
