Requirements:
* KY/Compact License
* 2 Years Experience
* Travel Experience
* EPIC Experience
* BLS
* ACLS
* NIHSS

* Locals within 50 mi are accepted
Important Notes:
* Needs to be able to start by 12/2.
* COVID Vaccine required – will accept medical or religious exemptions.
* Tattoos/piercings – no nose rings or gauged earrings.
* Nails – should be less than 1/4″ in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable.
* Cafeteria – no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site.
