We are a leading multinational company leader in the design and production of ELECTRIC MOTORS and we are looking for a Key Account Manager EMEA for the Cooling Solutions business.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers, new markets and applications
- Check customer needs and requests to define proper product portfolio solutions and related commercial proposals
- Define quotations, optimize price lists and check/monitor related profitability
- Define customer strategy with Sales Management and execute the strategy to achieve the expected results in the defined time schedule
- Prepare and handle commercial negotiations
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, plan proper promotion activities and support customer training
- Evaluate and define potential market developments
- Report periodically on the area's sales results and customer status/trends
- Support Sales Manager activities for data analysis, reports, overviews
- Support periodical procedures for sales area: price release, production quota definition, monthly forecast overview, etc.
Requirements
- Master Degree/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Production Engineering
- At least 3/5 years of experience in the role, preferably in refrigeration or electronics industry
- Fluent/Advanced in English; desirable a third language
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google, SAP

Contractual & Corporate Compensation
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Applied Collective Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry (Metalmeccanica Industria)
- Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL): €35,000 – €45,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with the actual experience gained and the technical skills assessed during the selection process
- Seniority Transparency: Should the candidate's profile demonstrate skills and seniority exceeding the basic requirements for the position, the company reserves the right to offer a higher job classification and budget, commensurate with the increased responsibilities required by the role and the applied CCNL
